Information regarding returns and exchanges of your ordered items. Upon receipt, please first check if the contents are correct.
Acceptance of Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a defective product or an item due to incorrect shipment, please contact us by email (info@000inc.jp) within 7 days of receiving the item, stating your order number and the name of the orderer. Please check the item itself promptly after receiving it to ensure it matches your order.
About Defective Products
If a product is defective (e.g., sewing errors during the production process, stains or scratches that impair the product's value, functional defects, or any other condition that can be judged as an initial defect), please contact us by email with photos of the relevant areas. After confirmation, we will arrange for a return or exchange. Shipping costs will be borne by us.
About Incorrect Shipments
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please inform us of the details by email for confirmation of incorrect shipment or specification changes. Shipping costs will be borne by us.
About Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the item, stating your order number and the name of the orderer. Exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused and unworn. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will process a return.
Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
We also accept returns and exchanges due to customer convenience, such as incorrect size or difference in image. These are accepted only for items that are unused and unworn, within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that in such cases, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Cases Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted
- Items that have been used or worn by the customer, or items with lost tags or accessories
- Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
How to Return Items
The return address will vary depending on the content of your inquiry, so we will inform you of the correct address. When returning items, please always pack them in a cardboard box or paper bag to protect the product.
